Advisory and coaching is how we work with leadership teams who need senior engineering and AI judgment without a full-time hire. Fractional GTM leadership for technical companies. Engagements are scoped, calendar-light, and typically run 8–12 weeks. The output is documented decisions and a playbook your team can execute on without us. We're not consultants who sell more consulting — we're builders who sometimes sit out a build because that's the right call for the client.

Monthly retainer model — async questions answered within a business day, monthly 90-minute sync, written follow-ups. Low-cost, high-leverage.

how we work

How an advisory engagement actually runs

We start with a 60-minute scoping call. You describe the decision you're trying to make. We tell you whether advisory is the right shape — or whether you actually need a build, a hire, or just to talk to a different specialist. We turn down the engagement if it's not a fit.

Then a defined arc: weekly or biweekly working sessions, between-session async support, written deliverables at every milestone. Each session ends with documented next steps and the artifacts get shared in a Notion workspace your team owns.

We never extend an advisory engagement past the original scope without a hard reset. If we're still useful at month four, we redo the contract. Otherwise we exit. That keeps incentives clean.
