Robynn AI was scaling fast and needed visibility into customer accounts, agent performance, and revenue — without the multi-month delivery cycle of a traditional BI tool. They also needed custom AI agents to handle high-volume customer interactions across a complex product surface.
Off-the-shelf agent platforms wouldn't give them the control they needed; off-the-shelf dashboards wouldn't show what mattered. They needed both, fast, and owned in-house.

We built a fleet of custom agents — sales-qualifying, support-triaging, and internal-research — on top of the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, all routed through a custom dashboard with real-time metrics, conversation traces, and account-level insight.
The dashboard answers the questions their leadership actually asks. The agents handle the conversations their team doesn't have time for. Both ship updates weekly without our involvement.
