Pharaoh's American Grill & Billiards operations team was running their week through hand-pasted spreadsheets, manual data exports, and a constellation of one-off macros that broke whenever someone updated a column. The institutional knowledge for how the tooling worked lived in three people's heads.
They needed reliable, version-controlled scripts that their team could trust as part of the daily workflow — not another fragile chain of copy-paste steps.

Replaced hand-run spreadsheets with reliable automation
We wrote a suite of Python and TypeScript scripts that replaced the manual workflows: report generation, data sync, file processing, vendor reconciliation. All version-controlled, all logged, all owned by their team.
Each script ships with documentation, error reporting to Slack, and a one-line invocation. What used to be a half-day of tab-switching is now a cron job that pings them with the result.
